How do I purchase an Accessibility ticket?

Tickets for persons with reduced mobility will be available via the ‘Accessibility’ tab at this linkhttps://tickets.cafonline.com/en/accessibilite
You will then need to add proof of disability in the ‘My documents’ tab.

What types of Accessibility tickets are available?

Two types of tickets are available to meet different needs:

Wheelchair Accessibility Category
Intended for wheelchair users. The space provided can accommodate a wheelchair; no seat is provided.

Accessibility without Wheelchair (seated)
Designed for people with reduced mobility who need an easily accessible seat, but do not use a wheelchair.

For both categories, the purchase of an accompanying ticket is mandatory, in accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale.

What is the difference between ‘Wheelchair Accessibility’ and ‘Non-Wheelchair Accessibility’?

The ‘Wheelchair Accessibility’ ticket is for wheelchair users and gives them access to a space specifically designed for their use. The ‘Non-Wheelchair Accessibility’ ticket is designed for people who do not use a wheelchair but need an adapted, easily accessible seat.

How many tickets can a person with reduced mobility purchase?

To ensure fair management of seats reserved for persons with reduced mobility, each person with reduced mobility must reserve one ticket for themselves and a second ticket for their companion. This corresponds to a maximum total of two tickets per person, in accordance with our terms and conditions of sale.

Why can't I purchase more than two tickets?

The number is limited to two tickets per person. This rule ensures that accessible spaces are distributed fairly, that appropriate safety standards are maintained, and that every person with reduced mobility can benefit from a space that is adapted to their needs.

Why can't I purchase a disabled ticket without a companion?

CIn accordance with the Terms and Conditions, each Accessibility ticket (with or without wheelchair) must be accompanied by an accompanying ticket, as the presence of an accompanying person is necessary to ensure the safety and assistance of the person with reduced mobility during the event.

Does the accompanying person need to provide proof?

No supporting documents are required for the accompanying person; only the supporting documents for the person with reduced mobility are necessary.

Should my companion enter at the same time as me?

No, it is not compulsory.

Is it possible to change the beneficiary of the accompanying ticket?

Yes, the beneficiary of the Accompanying Person ticket can be changed in the purchaser's ‘My Tickets’ section, or directly via the AFCON 2025™ Tickets app after receiving the digital tickets.
The beneficiary of the Accessibility ticket can also be changed, provided that new supporting documentation is uploaded to ‘My Documents’.
