2024 CAF Women's Africa Cup of Nations: Draw reveals thrilling groups

The draw for the 15th edition of the CAF TotalEnergies Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) took place on Friday, November 22, 2024, at the Mohammed VI Technical Centre in Salé, Morocco. 

The ceremony marked the symbolic start of the competition, which will run from July 5 to 26, 2025. 

With enticing matchups and major stakes, the tournament promises to showcase the best of African women’s football.

The teams were drawn into three groups, each promising intense match-ups and thrilling clashes.

Group A: Morocco, Zambia, Senegal, DR Congo
