How can I obtain my VISA?
VISA applications will be processed directly through the Yalla app .
What is the match schedule?
You can access the matchs schedule through official schedule.
What documents must I present at the entrance?
You will need to present your FAN ID available on the Yalla mobile app and digital ticket with QR code, that will be available in the official ticketing mobile app.
Make sure to download the app before the game and check that your phone battery is fully charged before heading to the stadium.
Can I enter and exit the stadium freely?
The stadium gates opening times will be communicated prior to each match. Please note that any exit from the stadium is final.
Are pets allowed inside the stadium?
No, pets are not allowed inside the stadium's perimeter.
Will there be food available in the stadium?
Yes, food will be available. Concession stands will be open in all stadiums throughout the competition.
Are there fan zones?
Yes, fan zones are planned. The exact locations will be confirmed at a later stage. A FAN ID will be mandatory to access the fan zones.
What are the customer service hours?
Customer service is available Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM.

Is there a storage service at the stadiums?
No, there is no storage service in the stadiums. We kindly recommend that you do not bring bulky or prohibited items, as they cannot be stored or kept on-site.
