I can’t download my ticket, what should I do?
Tickets are issued exclusively in digital format and must be presented through the official application on match day.
Please make sure to download the app beforehand and have a fully charged phone to access your ticket.
If you encounter any issues accessing your ticket, please contact customer service via the contact form or visit your nearest ticket office on the day of the match.
I did not receive a confirmation email after my purchase. What should I do?
If you cannot find your confirmation email, please check your spam or junk mail folder. You can also review the “My orders” section in your personal account to confirm that your purchase has been recorded.
If you still haven’t received anything, please contact our customer service via the contact form.
Can I cancel or modify my order once payment has been made?
In accordance with Article 2.8 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, each order is firm, irrevocable, and final.
How can I be sure my ticket is linked to my FAN ID?
Your FAN ID will need to be entered in your account on the ticketing website when adding beneficiaries (feature available later). This ensures that your ticket and FAN ID are properly linked.
I encountered a technical issue during purchase process, what should I do ?
If you encounter a technical issue during your purchase, please fill out the contact form and provide a detailed description of the malfunction.
If possible, attach a screenshot so that our team can analyze the situation and assist you more quickly.
In what format will I receive my ticket (PDF, mobile QR code)?
At the time of purchase, you will only receive an order confirmation, available in the “My orders” section of your personal account.
To access your digital tickets, you will need to provide the beneficiaries and their FAN ID.
The tickets, including a QR code, will then be made available closer to the match date(s) through the dedicated mobile app (available on apple store & play store), once the required information has been completed.
You will be able to view them at any time in the mobile app or on the website by logging into your personal account.

I purchased multiple tickets in one order, how many tickets will I receive?
Each ticket is unique and personalized. You will first receive confirmation of your order in your personal account.
Your tickets will then be available individually once you have assigned each recipient to their ticket.
I bought several tickets in the same order, will our seats be next to each other?
Tickets purchased in a single order are assigned so that seats are next to each other.
If, exceptionally, this is not possible, a pop-up alert will notify you during the purchase process.
Can I change my category after purchase?
In accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, orders cannot be modified.
Can I resell or exchange my ticket if I cannot attend the match?
It is strictly prohibited, without the prior and express consent of CAF, to sell, transfer or offer for sale or transfer (in particular on websites, in the vicinity of the stadium or within its grounds), in any form whatsoever, for payment or free of charge, to any third party other than its beneficiaries, one or more tickets allocated to them exclusively for their use and that of their beneficiaries.
Can I transfer my ticket to another person ?
The transfer of a ticket is only possible within a private setting, provided that the FAN ID of the recipient has been entered beforehand.
